I just got a smart watch not to long ago, and love it for the most part. Well now that I have a smart watch I am getting in to fitness and working out. Here’s the thing I have noticed. There isn’t much material win it comes to blind people who want to work out. I have not seen anything to teach us about exercise or anything. I am in need of something that will walk me through things verbally. Does anyone have any ideas about this? I want to get healthy, and now that I have a way to track things, I’m trying to find ways to do this. Yes I know, I should have been doing this from the start, but if you want me to be honest I lose all motivation if I can’t track things. Bad I know.
Something else that I have noticed is there is no accessible exercise equipment either. I have been trying to find things like an accessible treadmill or something like that, but I have not found anything like that either.
If anyone has any ideas about this stuff I’d appreciate it. Thanks so much.
